Cancellation before confirmation

Orders can be cancelled before the confirmation call or WhatsApp confirmation is completed.

Return request window

Return requests must be made within 3 days from delivery of delivery.

Sealed skincare condition

Skincare products must be sealed, unused, and in original packaging for change-of-mind return review.

Wrong or damaged product

Wrong, leaked, broken, or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours from delivery with clear photos and a parcel opening video.

Return shipping

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Bella Lujo covers or reimburses shipping when the approved claim is for a wrong or damaged item.

Refund method

Approved refunds are paid by Bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after the returned parcel is received and approved.

No refund cases

Opened skincare is not refundable unless Bella Lujo approves a wrong, damaged, or defective product claim. Cosmetic results alone are not treated as a product fault.
